These terms apply to bookings for Porto Feminist Walks tours. By booking, you accept the conditions below.

How booking works

Bookings are made as an enquiry through the site, by email or by WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once we reply to confirm the date and details and we receive the deposit (see below).

Prices and payment

  • A 30% deposit of the total price secures your booking.
  • The balance is paid on the day of the tour.
  • We’ll share payment methods (for example, bank transfer or MB WAY) when we confirm the booking.

Cancellations and refunds

  • If you cancel your booking, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
  • If we cancel the tour (for example, due to weather or safety), you’ll receive a full refund of the deposit or can reschedule at no cost.
  • Wherever possible, we’ll try to reschedule rather than cancel.

As this is a leisure service provided on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply (Art. 17(1)(l) of Decree-Law 24/2014).

On the day

We’ll give you the meeting point in the confirmation. Please arrive on time — latecomers may miss the start, and there’s no refund for no-shows.

Tours are on foot and outdoors: bring comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. If you have accessibility needs, tell us when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

For the group’s wellbeing, please follow the guide’s directions. We may refuse or end participation in the case of dangerous or disrespectful behaviour, with no refund.

Liability

We take every care to run the tours safely, but participation is at your own responsibility as regards your physical condition and personal belongings. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy and governing law

We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed. The date they were last updated is shown at the top of the page.
